Principal, Chief Financial Officer
Vince Johnston joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (then Block & Company, Inc Realtors) in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer.
Vince has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry and brings with him a diverse financial background in asset management, property management, and corporate finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting and financial analysis.
Vince spent the first 5 years of his career moving through various financial positions with Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas before returning to Kansas City. Prior to joining Block & Company, Vince served as Chief Financial Officer for NAI Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, Inc., a Kansas City based commercial real estate company. Vince is a native of the Kansas City area and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Kansas State University.
