Block Income Fund I

Launched in 2004, Fund I is a $10 million dollar equity fund leveraged to purchase $40 million of real estate.

Block Income Fund II

Launched in 2005, Fund II is a $15 million dollar equity fund leveraged to purchase $60 million of real estate.

Block Income Fund III

Launched in 2007, Fund III is a $25 million dollar equity fund leveraged to purchase $100 million of real estate.

Block Income Fund IV

Launched in 2008, Fund IV is a $35 million dollar targeted equity fund leveraging to purchase an estimated $140 million of real estate.
