Lisa Teske
Financial Analyst
Lisa Teske joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (then Block & Company, Inc.) in February 2007 as a Financial Analyst. Her responsibilities include the financial analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and company-owned and managed properties. Lisa is proficient in Argus financial modeling.
Prior to joining Block Real Estate Services, Lisa spent nearly seven years as a financial analyst for Kessinger/Hunter & Co. concentrating on financial modeling and market research for all company disciplines, and due diligence and closing procedures for the Investment Sales group.
Lisa also interned at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa working with the commercial mortgage loan production team. Lisa received a BA in finance with a real estate emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa.
Lisa is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri and is pursuing a CCIM designation.
