Lisa Teske
Financial Analyst
Lisa Teske joined Block and Compay, Inc., Realtors in February 2007 as a Financial Analyst. Her responsibilities include the financial analysis of potential acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, and detailed financial modeling utilizing Argus.
Prior to Block & Company, Lisa spent over six years as an analyst for Kessinger/Hunter & Co. concentrating on financial modeling and market research for all company disciplines, and due diligence and closing procedures for the Investment Sales department. In addition to Excel, Lisa is also proficient in Argus financial modeling. Lisa has been involved in the sale of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties.
Lisa also interned at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa working with the commercial mortgage loan production team. Lisa received a BA in finance with a real estate emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa.
