Grant O. Reves, CCIM
Principal, Acquisitions and Investment Sales
Grant Reves joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in February 2007 specializing in Investment Sales in the Kansas City area and will focus on acquisitions for Block Funds in markets outside of the Midwest. Grant’s responsibilities include the review and analysis of potential acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, transaction valuation and execution, and detailed financial modeling.
Prior to joining Block & Company, Grant worked for a competing firm in the Kansas City market. Grant focused solely on Investments Sales and since 2002, Grant has been involved in transactions totaling over $400 million. Grant has completed transactions on behalf of institutional clients including Glenborough Realty Trust Inc., TA Associates Realty, and P.O’B. Montgomery & Co., as well as a host of private equity groups throughout the Midwest.
Grant received a BS in Finance and a MBA from Kansas State University in 2000 and 2002, respectively. Grant was a member of the Kansas State University football team from 1996-2000 and was named to the Academic All-Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll during his career. Grant received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October of 2007 and is a member of the national and local Kansas City chapter of CCIM.
